St Paul's Medical Centre

Video Consultations

Doctors will sometimes video patient consultations, this is an important part of medical teaching and we hope that you feel able to agree to your consultation being video taped. The recording will not take place without the patient's consent. No intimate examinations will be recorded and the camera will be switched off whenever you wish.

If you agree to your consultation being recorded then you will be asked to sign a consent form. The video tape is confidential and will not be shown to anyone other than the doctor you had your consultation with and their supervisor.
