Make An Appointment
All consultations are by appointment only. Routine appointments can be made up to six weeks in advance. We have a variety of surgeries and times available; there are some evenings and Saturday mornings, primarily aimed at those working full time, if this would suit you best please ask at reception. We run a book on the day surgery Monday – Friday for quick five minute appointments and there are also a limited number of standard book on the day appointments.
We ask that you be on time for your appointment; please allow enough time for travel (particularly to Arnside House) and parking, if you are late you may not be seen.
Our telephones are busiest on Monday's (or the day after a Bank Holiday) and first thing in a morning, lunchtimes and evenings; if your call is non urgent please try and avoid these times.
We currently only take bookings by ‘phone on the main number 01228 524354 or in person at either reception desk. There is no facility for online bookings though this may change in the future. If you no longer need your appointment please inform us so that we may offer it to someone else; we regularly lose between 50-100 appointments each week through non attendance.
